40 Stories is a puzzle game where you must create duplicates of yourself to escape 40 challenging floors. It is being developed by over 60 Chico State University students in the Applied Computer Graphics, Computer Science, and Recording Arts departments. In 40 Stories, you play as Anita Hent, a disgruntled technical support employee who is on a mission to leave her office. In Anita’s haste, she runs into the megalomaniacal Professor Darius McDoogle, who zaps her with his reality altering Quantum Stabilizer, which then gives Anita the power to clone herself. Anita must now traverse her ever changing office building with the help of her very own Fanboy and escape McDoogle’s grasp.

LabWindows/CVI - application development environment for measurement and data processing, which includes the functions developed in the language of ANSI C, to reduce application development time and simplify work with equipment based on the FPGA. To provide greater flexibility when creating the source code for C application developers can configure in the LabWindows/CVI 2010 options build the project, along with the default settings, debugging and compiling applications for 32bit/64 bit OS.

The software improves the efficiency of the debugging process, making it possible to run a debugger LabWindows/CVI run-time without restarting it. This gives developers more information about the causes of crashes and panics applications. Thanks to the use of new interactive features and software create an array of management and the implementation of one-step batch operations and configuration user interface is simpler and more convenient. In addition, developers can extend the life of test systems, using a convenient tool for creating patches for existing installations operated.

Now developers LabWindows/CVI can do remote applications to communicate with hardware-based FPGA using the FPGA-interface C-language to communicate with VIs LabVIEW FPGA. Module LabWindows/CVI 2010 Real-Time Module extends the capabilities of the medium LabWindows/CVI due to availability of tools to create reliable and deterministic applications designed to run on real-time systems. New features include support for a backup to USB flash drives, recovery and data replication, and Web-based interface to configure and run the PXI platform running real-time systems.

Action

Burning Thirst is an action game with brutal fighting, using contact weapons in a God of War stile. Following a Grindhouse esthetical it is set in a post apocalyptic world. In the game we play as Joe Blades, an ex aircraft pilot who survived the catastrophe. Our main object is to retrieve the last existing whisky bottle, which is in Perdition City, under the custody of Bruce Krauser and his band of mutants. To get it back we’ll have to use all our extraordinary skills to finish with all the enemies who get in our way. There will also be the final battle in the city’s Casino.
The core mechanics consists in the linking of several attacks with a short and medium range weapon, which will allow us to get rid of several enemies all at once. We also have the option of doing special attacks or of finishing off enemies in an especially cruel way using fatalities.
